Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the FOREVR LASH LOUNGE website (forevrlashlounge.ca) and your purchase of services from FOREVR LASH LOUNGE, a lash studio located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
By booking an appointment through our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not submit a booking.
Booking and Deposit
All appointments require a deposit to be secured. After submitting your booking request, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to send your deposit via electronic transfer to [email protected].
A $20 deposit is required for all appointments. Deposits must be received within 24 hours of your booking submission or your spot will be released. All deposits are not refundable under any circumstances.
Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and we have sent a follow-up confirmation.
Cancellations and Missed Appointments
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible by email or text. We understand that plans change and will always do our best to accommodate you.
Deposits are not refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation or rescheduling. Clients who repeatedly miss appointments or cancel without adequate advance notice may be declined future bookings at our sole discretion.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment and account for traffic and travel. If you are running late, please notify us by text as soon as you are able.
Clients who arrive more than 20 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled and will forfeit their deposit. We reserve the right to make exceptions on a case by case basis.
Refill Eligibility
To qualify for a refill appointment, you must have at least 40% of your original lash extensions remaining. Refills are typically performed between the 2 and 3 week mark after your full set.
- After 3.5 weeksA full set is required regardless of retention.
- Foreign refillsRefills on extensions applied by another technician are subject to an additional $10 fee.
- Mini FillAvailable within 10 days of your initial appointment with at least 70% of lashes remaining. Available for FOREVR LASH LOUNGE work only.
No Refunds
All services are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any services rendered.
If you have a concern about your results, please reach out within 48 hours of your appointment at [email protected] so we can work to address it.
Right to Refuse Service
FOREVR LASH LOUNGE reserves the right to refuse service to any client at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where a client presents with eye conditions, skin sensitivities, or prior lash work that may compromise the safety or quality of the service, or where a client's conduct is disrespectful or disruptive.
Health and Allergy Disclosure
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you are not aware of any known allergies to lash adhesive, cyanoacrylate, or related cosmetic products.
It is your sole responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions, eye sensitivities, prior allergic reactions, or recent eye procedures before your appointment begins. FOREVR LASH LOUNGE is not liable for adverse reactions arising from information that was not disclosed prior to the appointment.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FOREVR LASH LOUNGE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the services we provide. Our total liability to you in connection with any service will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific service.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or booking system after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
