Technical information collected automatically. When you complete the bot verification check on our booking form (powered by Cloudflare Turnstile), your IP address is temporarily stored solely to prevent abuse. This data is automatically deleted within 15 minutes and is never retained beyond that window.
Information collected by third party services. Our website uses Google Fonts and Cloudflare infrastructure. When your browser loads our site, it connects to Google and Cloudflare servers, which may log your IP address and browser information as part of delivering their services. We do not control this data, and it is governed by their respective privacy policies.
How We Use Your Information
We use the personal information you provide exclusively to operate our booking system:
- Process and confirm your appointment booking
- Send you a confirmation email with your appointment details
- Send you a reminder email the day before your scheduled visit
- Contact you if we have any questions or updates about your booking
We do not use your information for marketing emails, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
Data Retention
Your booking information (name, email address, phone number, selected service, appointment date, and time) is stored in our booking system for operational and record keeping purposes.
IP address data collected during bot verification is automatically deleted within 15 minutes.
